Old games are good and new games are bad. I am tired of one-man dev teams running circles around AAA garbage. It is beyond embarrassing. Cultic was great. It was mechanically chunky and had a lot more going on than I even could wrap my hands around. More moves that were possible. Additional weapon intricacies that I just didn't get to. Was a little harder than I think I wanted. There was some instances where I wanted to down the difficulty by like a level. But that is such a small complaint in the sheer face of the majesty of the experience. Fun. Gorgeous. Bitchin soundtrack. One guy. Like what are we fucking talking about? I loved picking apart some of the these levels. I compared it multiple times to Sniper Elite. That satisfying feeling of slowly untying knots until you've undone an encampment.

We need to give this fella money and time so he can do whatever the hell he wants. Between this and DUSK earlier this year...We have been consuming.
